ISR Web Portal
ISR Web Portal is the company intranet for International Systems Research personnel. It is a web-based platform for sharing information openly inside the company: what is happening, what changed, and where to find the right process.

The story
Overview
The goal is simple: less confusion and fewer one-off messages. Payroll updates, internal news, and company reference material sit in one logged-in site instead of scattered files and threads.
I work on this as a developer alongside the Philippines team. Layouts come from XD; the app is full-stack Next.js with PostgreSQL for content, users, and permissions.
The portal is live behind company login. I ship new sections and content types, fix issues in production, and adjust flows when HR or admin asks for a clearer way to publish updates.

My role
Developer on ISR Web Portal. I build and maintain the full-stack Next.js app, from XD handoff through APIs and UI, and coordinate releases with internal stakeholders.
