Mint Arch
Mint Arch is an internal Go microservices framework that removes boilerplate without hiding the important decisions. Teams get observability, service discovery, and health checks out of the box, plus a CLI that scaffolds services aligned with our platform conventions.
The story
Overview
The framework wraps gRPC and HTTP handlers with consistent middleware for tracing, metrics, and structured logging. Kubernetes manifests and Terraform modules are generated alongside service code so new teams can reach staging in hours instead of weeks.
Because Mint Arch powers client-facing products under NDA, the codebase and live environments stay private. This page captures the public-facing summary of the work without exposing proprietary internals.
My role
Platform architect. Designed the core runtime, authored the CLI, and guided three product teams through migration from legacy Node services to Mint Arch-based deployments.
Tech stack
This build stays private, but the case study is here for you.
This is a private client project. The live product and repository cannot be shared publicly.
